Working with the installation team was good, they kept busy and seemed to be working efficiently. They asked a few questions and finished the window(s) installation in much less time than I anticipated.

The windows are wonderful. I may be a bit bias in that I was employed by Andersen Corporation, as a product design engineer, for more than 40 years.

I most certainly would and in fact have recommended Great Plains to others.

Working with Great Plains was a wonderful experience from the first meeting to completion of our project. Our installation experts John & Dan were professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they took to explain the process, the care they took with our home, and their efficiency in severely cold temperatures.

Great experience with Adam. He helped me to design a front door I love. The installation team was fast and completed both my front and back door in one day. Would use them again.

Your company recommended to me by a cabin neighbor of mine who is an Andersen employee, who suggested I contact Great Plains when I needed numerous windows replaced. Skip and Tony initially came out to discuss my options and to make the sale and BOTH did a great job...professional, knowledgeable and well versed in the window business. Skip did all the measurements and he was "spot on" according to the main installer, Adam, who also did a GREAT job! Now the stainers Steve and Jim are here finishing the job...they too are a big plus as they were on time, they are taking the necessary steps to protect our cabin interior and they seem to know what they are doing. I used to own a small business and always liked to hear when a project or a business transaction went well...we all know that when something goes poorly the phone rings often and loud! I did have one small issue or complaint which Skip quickly and willingly checked out and he then arranged to have that concern fully remedied this coming Tuesday. So I wanted you to know that your folks all did a very good job on my $20,000.00 project and that I will be quick to recommend Great Plains to any friends and/or neighbors who are in need of new windows. I would appreciate your giving Skip in particular a big "atta boy" and "thank you" from me for a job well done! Your stainers...Steve and Jim...just left and we could not have asked for a better job. Steve matched the existing stain pretty much perfectly and they both went out of their way to keep everything clean and safe in sometimes cramped quarters. We had Great Plains come out to look at our windows after we found them online through the Andersen Windows website. They have a great showroom and are very knowledgeable window people. They did everything they said they would do. Beautiful job everyone! I'm so happy with the finished product and I'm glad I am done painting windows every year!

We had Great Plains do our windows. They only have Andersen, so if you're looking for something else this is not the right place. However, Andersen was the perfect fit for our home. We love the final work and they took care not to let the pets out when they had to shuffle them room to room. Very glad to be done with the job. Thanks.

I called Great Plains because I had an issue with an old window that didn't operate. They were able to take the old window away and replace the new window with a double hung in one day. Very happy they were in and out so fast. It was a hot day and I didn't even break a sweat.

I needed a sliding glass door installed. I looked around at other companies to installed it and decided to have Great Plains do the job. In short, I was very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. Everyone involved was very professional from the sales people to the installers. The installer was very organized and efficient with the installation. The stainer was also very friendly and explained step by step what he was doing. It was nice for once to feel confident and trusting that a company knew what they were doing. I'd hire them again.

We think they did a great job. Not only did the window team do a great job with sales, but they were knowledgeable and engaged in the process. I had gotten two bids and initially went with the other company. It was a mess for many reasons. Returning to Tony and Skip was the best decision I made with regard to windows. I have an old house and we wanted the windows and the replacement trim to fit in the old space and match the rest of the house. That required some skill on their part that the other company could not manage.
