Adam the rep was really on top of things.  He was patient and presented us options and asked what our needs were.   We had 2 sliding patio doors and an incredible double door Front Door installed. I was having issues with our original 20 yr old Andersen double hung windows and was directed to Justin H. at the Oakdale store. The response was quick and professional. After a few emails back and forth trying to decide out what direction to go, he set me up with a service tech within hours. If you are in need of new windows for your home you would be more than happy by having Great Plains Windows in Oakdale, Minnesota do the work. I had all new windows installed in my house recently and the difference it made inside and out is awesome. I feel like I'm in a new home. Friends, neighbors and family are in awe with the new windows. Best investment I have ever made. Adam Swenson was my salesman. He is so knowledgeable about their windows, went over options of various types of windows, pricing and installation process. I never felt pressured. Adam always returned my calls promptly if I had questions. Dan was my window installer. The pride he took in this job was far more than perfect. He was very respectful and kept me updated me daily. Stop! If you are researching window replacement, getting bids, etc- your search is over! Great Plains is by far the best options when it comes to customer service and value. John’s communication and approach from the sales side was seamless. My lead installer Dan had incredible attention to detail and pride in his craftsmanship- things that are becoming harder to find!
