FINANCING TOOLS TO HELP YOU
WHAT IS A HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN?
Money that will be lent to a homeowner in order to remodel their home or make much needed home repairs is called a Home Improvement Loan. More than 82% of home improvement projects use financing to help homeowners cover the investment requirements. We work with a home improvement-specific lender to help facilitate our clients projects. To finance a project with Great Plains Windows and Doors, we will work directly with you and the bank for the application and, once approved, we handle the facilitation. It’s that simple. And unlike a home equity line of credit (HELOC) through a traditional bank, you won’t have closing costs, appraisals, or delays due to paperwork.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET APPROVED?
Our remodeling project lender often gives instant approval in 60 seconds or less from the completion and submission of the online or phone application. Loans through our lender are unsecured meaning people with no equity in their home can qualify.
Home improvement loan funding can take as little as one to three days, but most home improvement loans fund in the five day range. Once the paperwork is signed and approved, any transaction of monies will pass directly between the bank and Great Plains Windows and Doors, so you won’t have to worry about a payment going through.
If you are looking for home remodeling financing options in the St. Paul, Minneapolis or surrounding areas, contact Great Plains Windows and Doors. We will walk you through your home remodeling financing options, and give you a free home improvement estimate along the way.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR FINANCING?
Call us today for instructions on how to apply for financing options. We offer a 12 month same-as-cash option at all times and occasionally have other financing options available.
